Opus One reported completion of the 2026 drill program, extending Zone 1 gold mineralisation from surface to approximately 750 m vertical depth and remaining open at depth. Zone West results had been released earlier in September.

Deepest Zone 1 hole NO-26-21a returned 11.37 m grading 4.92 g/t Au (true width 9.08 m) at about 700 m vertical, confirming continuity of the high-grade shoot from surface; the shoot remained open at depth.

Winter program assays included hole NO-26-07 returning 8.22 g/t Au over 8.5 m (true width 7.16 m) on Zone 1, supporting continuity of the high-grade shoot at depth.

Opus One mobilized two rigs (with a third optional) for about 26 holes and 14,000 m at Noyell, targeting Zone 1 infill and extensions plus five shallow holes on a western corridor toward the neighbouring N2 project.

About the project
Noyell is Opus One’s 100%-owned gold project in the northern Abitibi near Matagami, Québec. Zone 1 is a steeply plunging high-grade shoot that the company has systematically stepped down from surface discoveries in 2025.
The 2026 program combined deep Zone 1 holes with a first pass on Zone West along the same favourable structure toward Formation Metals’ N2 project. Assays through mid-year confirmed grade and thickness at depth; the September wrap reported mineralisation open below about 750 m vertical.
